By entering the MadeWithVueJs Vue.js-Global-Giveaway you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who have a Twitter Account and are at least 18 years old. Employees of our Giveaway Partner and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Partner

Our partner is Frontend Love HQ, the organizers of Vue.js Amsterdam.

Prize and Winner Selection Method

We will award 3 tickets for the Vue.js Global Conference to three individuals who enter at the Giveaway point of entry – our landing page – before August 23 2020 12:00 CET.

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are the winner, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail from us personally to coordinate further details and the transfer of your prize.

The prize will be fulfilled by our partner. It will be awarded „as is“ and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

If you win the prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.

How to enter

You may enter the giveaway on our landing page. You will have to follow the Twitter-Accounts of @MadeWithVueJs and @vuejsamsterdam with your own account and follow the instructions of the entry form. You will need to remain an active follower of the accounts on Twitter until the Giveaway's end date, or your entry will be ineligible.

Additional Terms

We and our partner reserve our right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

Neither we nor our partner and its affiliates are responsible for lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information, any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

We and our partner may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the giveaway, violating the Terms & Conditions or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified.

Privacy

To enter the giveaway, it is necessary to submit personal data. Your data will be only used for the purpose of this giveaway. It will not be shared with any third party besides our giveaway partner, so they are able to fulfill the prize. You can of course always use your right to demand correction, locking or deletion of your data, but we will have to disqualify you from the giveaway in that case.

Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose – you will receive no newsletters or other information via e-mail except one notification in case you won the giveaway.
