I paid to host my website, domain, and email through GoDaddy for my small business. After a year, I decided to close down the business and contacted GoDaddy at renewal time. I was told that I was just outside the refund policy for the email, which was disappointing but understandable. However, they agreed to cancel the other services and issue a refund. A few days later, I realized I hadn’t received any replies to emails I had sent—critical ones, as I was transitioning clients to a new agency and needed to stay connected. I never received any warning that my email had stopped functioning. I could send emails, but when I tested sending one to myself, it bounced back. After wasting time trying to resolve it with Microsoft (who had no idea what the issue was), I finally learned from GoDaddy—after nearly a week of confusion and missed communication—that removing the domain also removed my email functionality. No one had told me this would happen. The only solution GoDaddy offered was for me to spend even more money to re-purchase the domain. I’m extremely upset. This lack of transparency caused stress, client confusion, and disrupted a very sensitive process for my practice. A simple warning or explanation when canceling would have prevented this. I expect better communication from a company that handles vital services like email.

After sending 4 emails within the space of 10 days with no response, I phoned up wishing to cancel my membership as I was still within the 2 week cooling off period. I was informed on the phone and in an email my membership had been cancelled and I’d receive my refund. 2 weeks later with no refund I rang up again and this time was told my membership had in fact not been cancelled and was still active. At this point I had cancelled my direct debit as I didn’t want any more money being taken (and I’d received email confirmation from the sales manager confirming this) I am now receiving emails stating I must reinstate my direct debit. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and the club explaining the situation with no response. Not only do I want my refund, I am now greatly stressed that this will impact my credit score. How can the sales manager lie about my membership being cancelled- absolutely ridiculous

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Title: Truly reliable – Highly recommended! Their services are precise, professional, and efficient – truly the best in their field. I’m fully satisfied with the support I received. However, I would like to offer a few suggestions for future clients considering their services: If you're on probation, just starting a new job, or working under a limited contract, I recommend waiting until you’ve secured a permanent position before proceeding. Please note that the service fee does not include court costs if a “Untätigkeitsklage” (lawsuit for inaction) becomes necessary. Most importantly, I strongly advise requesting all terms and conditions in written form to avoid any misunderstandings. These are my honest thoughts and experiences as a customer. Moral: I can only recommend them!

I ordered a stroller (Maxi-Cosi Zelia Luxe) from Amazon.ca for $899 + tax. The very next day, the price dropped by 20%. When it arrived, I noticed the metal frame was scratched right out of the box. I contacted Amazon and asked for a partial refund or a free return label since it was damaged on arrival. They refused and told me to return it at my own cost. UPS quoted $240 CAD for return shipping — which is unreasonable for a defective product. I emailed Amazon multiple times with full order details and photos. They either ignored me or sent unhelpful copy-paste replies. It’s been over a week with no resolution. Very disappointed with Amazon’s lack of accountability. If you receive a damaged item, expect to deal with it on your own — or lose money returning it.

Absolutely terrible. We purchased the equipment for our home. After we paid off all the cameras everything went south. When calling and letting them know I can't see notifications on my cameras it wasn't help. They just stopped working. We had a incident at our house and called to ask how to look back at the footage earlier on during the day they said that's not a option. How do we have actual camera footage but no way to look? What's the point? They told us that we had the older equipment that they dont even make anymore. Why? Then when I tried canceling they told me I had to pay over $1000 to cancel. I won't give them anymore of my money. I had to block the charges through my bank just so they dont take any more money. Don't fall for adt. Never recommend.

The worst mistake I made is to apply the membership with Tradeindia due to these reasons: 1. Their commitments are all fake. 2. There is no internaltionally buyers, ONLY Indian buyers which are real or not. These Indian buyers only want to buy & ship within the same day. How is it possible? I am supplier from other country. 3. No one supports you after you pay the money for the fee. 4. You will get only automatic email from them. No buyers contact with you at all. 5. Even I emailed to their customerservice, no email was sent back to me. Please do not make the same mistakes as mine. It is waste your money and importantly your time.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Cargo Service Absolutely terrible experience. I posted a parcel back in December 2024 and it is now June 2025 — still no delivery, no update, no accountability. I've tried contacting them multiple times and all I get is vague excuses or complete silence. This is by far the worst cargo service I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve wasted my time, caused stress, and left me without any answers. If you value your time, money, and sanity — DO NOT use this service. Total disgrace.

An incredibly supportive organisation with timely access to clinicians and coaches. The community group is outstanding - offering advice, encouragement, and shared experiences that truly help keep you motivated. While the cost is higher than some other providers, it’s justified by the quality of service. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family who I believe could benefit from this life-changing treatment.

Had a great experience with Reactic Restoration. The toilet hose in my upstairs bathroom broke and water was leaking down into my living room. They came out quick, explained everything, and got to work right away. Super professional and friendly crew. They dried everything, removed the damaged parts, and made sure no mold was left behind. Really thankful they handled it all so smoothly. Highly recommend.

I figured it out. Once your loan is paid off, if you no longer wish to be contacted by them, login and check your eligibility for a new loan but put that you have no job so they won't bother running your credit. Where it says phone number, delete yours and put a bogus phone number down and hit enter. Sucks for whoever has that number, but at least they aren't calling YOU anymore lol!

Returning to the guitar after a number and years, I sampled the "best sites", and decided upon GuitarTricks. Their program is laid out in a logical progression, suitable for first timers and returners. I struggled to access the program over Apple desktop and IPad, but received immediate and helpful support from GuitarTricks head office. Paid my money, and enjoying the experience.

Sue who took the call was amazing as was Andrew who turned up to help ( ID 1295 ). A puncture proved impossible to fix , but everything was done to ensure my safety . Andrew phoned Kwikfit and warned them of our imminent arrival . Kwikfit were ready and waiting. Sorted . And all this after Andrew’s previous call out had verbally abused him throughout. Disgraceful.

We ordered 70 custom charcuterie boards for an event in our community. The boards came super quickly and in great condition. Mario was the product specialist that helped us and he was very communicative and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I'm already for looking for more promotional gear from AnyPromo for future events!

Can I give zero stars? A patient of mine used this company and from what I can tell was told very false medical information and was administered an incredibly expensive test that is NOT FDA approved for cancer screening in the way it was used. I would stay away from this company. I have concerns. I am a physician.

Ordered the ring, arrived with a scratch on it. As stated on their website if faulty they will cover the postage, I've had no response from them other then them sending me the returns address. I wouldnt mind but the return is to china.Absolutely shocking customer service. Also the ring is very bulky.

The only issue is delivery all times of the night. One our neighbours was going to call the police one night at the beginning as she thought we were being burgled, but she saw he went quickly. Our only concern is if weather gets hot in night and they've delivered 2am it could affect the milk.
