WordPress Maintenance Management Platform
"WP Command is a WordPress maintenance and project management dashboard I originally built for my own agency. When I took over the project side, our database of projects, clients, and history was in total chaos. So I built WP Command to fix that. It lets us manage remote updates, send out white-labelled reports, and stay fully in control of our WordPress portfolio.
Some standout features include team and client management, so we can cross-reference who worked on what and who to contact if issues pop up. There’s full project history too — tracking WordPress updates, Git commits, and notes — which is really handy for debugging or just understanding how a project evolved over time. It also pulls in analytics and performance reports, has a file library for things like contracts, and generally keeps everything organised and easy to find.
For the frontend I've used Nuxt (3) and Firebase for the backend database, authentication and cloud functions. Because this connects to WordPress sites there's also some PHP for the white-labeled plugins that then connect to the Firebase database."
